These Terms govern your purchase of and participation in the Somavere Reset program and your use of somavere.com. The program and site are operated by Somavere LLC ("Somavere," "we," "us"). By enrolling or using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.
1. The program
The Somavere Reset is a self-paced educational program covering nervous system regulation, functional medicine concepts, and identity work, delivered through video lessons, worksheets, a private community, and live group calls. The current offering is a founding beta cohort. Content, schedule, and features may evolve during the beta.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to enroll. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are purchasing for your own use.
3. Payment and pricing
The founding beta is $900 USD, charged at checkout through our payment processor, Stripe. Pay-over-time options may be offered at checkout through Stripe for eligible orders. Prices for future cohorts may change.
4. Refund policy
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have a concern about your enrollment, contact hello@somavere.com and we will work with you to make it right.
5. Medical disclaimer
The Somavere Reset is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. The program is not a substitute for care from your physician or another qualified health provider. Always consult your provider before making changes to your diet, supplements, exercise, medication, or health routine, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something in the program. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services.
Any statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. No prescriptions or treatments are provided through the program.
6. Testimonials, results, and likeness release
Results vary from person to person. Any testimonials or results shared are individual, anecdotal experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of any specific outcome for you.
Enrollment in the founding beta includes agreeing to this release. By enrolling, you grant Somavere LLC the right to use feedback, comments, progress, results, and statements you share during the program, along with your first name, last initial, voice, and likeness, in marketing and promotional materials across any media, without additional compensation. You can request that we stop using your testimonial or likeness going forward at any time by emailing hello@somavere.com, and we will honor that request for future use.
7. Community conduct
The private community is hosted on a third-party platform. You agree to participate respectfully, to keep other members' shares confidential, and not to harass, spam, or post harmful content. We may remove content or members that violate these expectations.
8. Your account and access
Some parts of the program require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Do not share your login with anyone. If you share access, or if we detect unauthorized use, we may suspend or terminate your access. Tell us promptly at hello@somavere.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
9. Intellectual property
All program content, including videos, worksheets, text, and graphics, is owned by Somavere LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a single, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use it for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from the content without our written permission. Any infringement immediately ends your license and may end your access without a refund.
10. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site and program lawfully and not to disrupt, damage, or interfere with them, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use them to harm others. You are responsible for your own conduct and content while using the site and community.
11. No guarantees and assumption of risk
We do not guarantee any particular health, financial, or personal result. You are responsible for your own choices and for participating in a way that is safe for you. You assume the risks of participating in the program.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and program are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or program will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information in them is complete, current, or applicable to your situation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Somavere LLC and Dr. James Allen are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the program or the site, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the program. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Somavere LLC, Dr. James Allen, and our team from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use or misuse of the site or program, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or program at our discretion if you violate these Terms or behave in a way that harms the community or our team. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will continue to apply.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. In any action to enforce these Terms, the prevailing party is entitled to its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
17. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and program.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or program after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
