This Privacy Policy explains how Somavere LLC ("Somavere," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit somavere.com or enroll in the Somavere Reset program. By using the site, you consent to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us and information collected automatically:
- Information you provide: your name, email address, and details you share when you sign up, enroll, fill out worksheets, or participate in the community.
- Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles payment data under its own terms.
- Usage and device information: basic analytics such as pages visited and links clicked, email engagement such as opens and clicks, and technical data such as IP address, browser type, access times, and the site you came from.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver the program, the community, and customer support.
- To process payments and manage your enrollment.
- To send you program emails, updates, and relevant offers.
- To improve our content, site, and program.
3. Service providers we share with
We use trusted third parties to run the program. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Stripe for payments.
- Kit (ConvertKit) for email.
- Heartbeat for the private community and course.
- Vimeo for video hosting.
- Cal.com for scheduling consults.
- Netlify for site hosting.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to comply with legal process, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies and analytics
Our site and providers may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work as well if you disable them.
5. Your account and password
Some features, including the community and course, require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Please do not share your login, and tell us promptly at hello@somavere.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
6. Email and unsubscribing
If you join our list or enroll, we may email you. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, though we may still send essential messages related to your enrollment.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the program and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@somavere.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will honor those.
9. Children
The program and site are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Sensitive data such as payment details is encrypted in transit by our payment processor. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, and any information you share online is shared at your own risk.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. It is your responsibility to review it periodically. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
